This antique wooden pedestal table has been sourced from France and is a great sculptural and textural piece. Often used as plant stands, it could also be used to display a sculpture, vase or lamp. It’s full of history and character, with its wine press stem dating back to the 19th century and being used to press grapes.
This table is a light-mid brown colour and measures 81.5cm height, with the top being 30cm wide and the base 34cm wide. It is a heavy and well made piece, weighing 10kg.
The table is in an excellent antique condition. It has been treated for woodworm and shows only historical holes.
