Refund policy

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, however it is the responsibility of the buyer to purchase and arrange shipping. Upon receipt of the buyer's returned item(s) they will be inspected and the buyer will be informed within 3 business days if the refund request is accepted or not. The item(s) only qualifies for a full refund, minus the original shipping costs, if it arrives back in its original condition. Please note that during the return shipping the item(s) is now the buyer's responsibility and a refund will not be given for any damaged item(s) during the buyer's return. Please ensure that items are well packaged and possibly insured. 

To initiate a return please email info@taliestrove.com. As a small business we would appreciate if you could let us know of your request within 48 hours of delivery. 

Cancellations

Orders are able to be cancelled until they are shipped. Please email info@taliestrove.com

Damages

In the rare event of an item arriving damaged, please report this to info@taliestrove.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the whole item, the damage, and the package.
